Walkabout face painting is a roaming service; your painter wears their paints and glitters on belts and is fully mobile as they work. If you’d like your artist – or team of artists – to entertain a crowd, mingle on the dance floor, and be flexible around a party venue, the walkabout service is perfect! No furniture or designated space is needed, a static queue is avoided and zero prep is required by the venue or party host. This is why it’s our most popular service. Its success is also born out of its wide appeal to all ages and its originality and remarkable entertainment value.
Unique to The Glitterbox, The Walkabout Kit was developed for use in the Olympic park at London 2012. The Glitterbox was the sole professional face painting service within the park during the World-famous games. Also featured throughout the paralympics, the purpose of The Walkabout service was to entertain queues, not create them, and to deliver photogenic designs at high speed. It works wonders on wedding dancefloors and in sports stadiu
ms, and is also enjoyed at kids parties, adult celebrations, plus hen nights, festivals, business launches and corporate entertainment and promotional events.
Or if you’re looking to book SEATED FACE PAINTERS we can of course provide that too. You can even have a mix of both seated and roaming! Come along to London biggest and best children’s event, The Imagine Festival, to see the whole team working at the speed of lightening. The Glitterbox provides a team of painters every February half term.
